2019 Year-end Report (City of Arvada)

2019 Year-End Report Infographic – In early 2020, I designed an infographic to inform the City Council and our team about the progress we had made in improving communications during the previous year.
Census on Campus (U.S. Census Bureau)

As the graphic designer and media team lead for 2010 Census efforts in New England and Upstate New York, I helped develop a campaign to target students at the hundreds of area colleges and universities, a demographic that is traditionally hard to count.
As part of the campaign, I co-created the strategy, designed the logo and overall look and feel, and wrote scripts for various media projects, including this promotional video. The project was recognized as an Excellence in Government Award Finalist for Creativity and Innovation by Greater Boston Federal Executive Board.
Engagement Toolkit (City of Arvada)

An important component of the City of Arvada‘s communications and engagement strategy included a more active approach to sharing opportunities for the community to engage with their local government. As part of this effort, we developed an engagement toolkit, which we featured in the City’s bi-monthly community magazine and online on the City’s website and periodic social media posts.
Meet Volpe Concepts (U.S. Dept. of Transportation)

At the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Volpe Center, I supported a marketing project to create a briefing book outlining the Center’s various services and capabilities. The following are cover concepts that I designed: Example 1, Example 2, Example 3.
